Playing Tag

In Halifax, we were very lucky to have some pretty fantastic neighbours.
Miss you, Ainsley!

We are lucky again.

We have been so fortunate to have been assigned the house we have.
We live on a quiet cul de sac with friendly, genuine and caring neighbours.
The girls have introduced themselves to everyone in reach (a few times, I would think), and have forged a friendship with a pair of brothers.
The kids spend a lot of their day running back and forth from one set of toys to the other.
Yesterday, before bed, the kids we outside in the grassy space in the centre of the cul de sac playing frozen tag
Remember tag?
No equipment required.
Just run until you can't feel your legs.
Good for the lungs.
The boys, sweetly, were having their snack and taking turns to chase and tag Miss G.
RUN!  He's right behind you!
See that little side kick?  It gives you extra power and makes you really fast.
Miss G is frozen.
But she can still talk, I assure you.
She told me that they must have caught her because she did not have her Lightning McQueen running shoes on for running.  Lightning McQueen makes her fast.
Miss A noticed the fun from the window and dashed out to join in.
She was happy to be chased or chase.  She was ready to move!
When I snapped this picture, I took a double take.
Do you see what I see?
In the top right hand corner??
A fox!
That sneaky fox, he's always...
Oh.  I don't think it's Swiper.

Luckily, she was on a mission to head back to her den.  Maybe her pups were playing tag, too, and it was bedtime!
