Gramma's Birthday

We helped Gramma celebrate her birthday.
We live here, so we can do that!

We ate the very last of the meat pies from Christmas,
had some pork tenderloin on the barbecue
(a la Eli, and no... he did not drop anything on any coats, and we kept the area clear for his benefit!)
and I made twice-cooked baked potatoes with butter, sour cream and cheese
(maybe I'll share my recipe with you soon!),
and Gramma brought some chocolate mousse.
It was a birthday celebration... no time for calorie counting!

A big-time bonus was having an afternoon with both sets of the girls' grandparents in the house playing together.

It was wonderful.
The last time we were all together for a meal was during Gramma and Grampum's 2007 visit to the East coast when Miss A was just four months old.
In fact, it was Miss A's baptism weekend in September.

So... we got an updated photo of the girls with their parents and both sets of grandparents.

Happy birthday, Gramma!
We're very happy to be able to celebrate with you.
